Professor Tarek Hassan is a leading pediatric surgeon based in Cairo, Egypt. His international surgical training in the '80s took place at Centre Hospitalier Universitaire en France (CHRU de Brest). Since then, Prof. Tarek Hassan advanced accreditation includes Fellowship of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons (FRCS) of Edinburgh, the UK, as well as Doctorate of Medicine from Ain Shams University (ASU), Cairo Egypt.
During his extensive career, Prof. Tarek Hassan has chaired, organized and presented lectures at multiple international pediatric surgical conferences. He has served on numerous boards, including the Committee for Pediatric Surgery for the Supreme Council of Universities in Egypt.
